Neuroradiology Faculty Position at VCU

We are seeking a highly skilled Neuroradiology faculty member to provide specialized imaging interpretation and perform image-guided procedures in a top-tier academic radiology department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching: Provide training to medical students, residents, and fellows in neuroradiology interpretation and procedures.
  • Research: Collaborate with specialists in neurology, neurosurgery, ENT, and oncology to develop and implement life-saving treatments.
  • Service: Participate in academic service-related activities, including committee work, professional growth, and other assignments.
  • Clinical: Provide high-quality, sub-specialized imaging interpretations for assigned modalities.
Required Qualifications
  • ABR certification or documentation of passing the Core Component of the ABR Board examination
  • Fellowship training in Neuroradiology
  • Experience working in a diverse faculty, staff, and student environment
  • Eligibility for a Virginia medical license
  • Eligibility for permanent employment in the USA
Preferred Qualifications
  • Special interest in consulting with research investigators and referring providers while striving for excellence in education, patient care, and research
