Position Summary

HX5 is actively seeking a Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator to support personnel by offering strategic advice and planning recommendations related to logistical support and necessary supply actions for various testing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitating the validation and verification of logistical needs.
  • Identifying material deficiencies within testing programs.
  • Coordinating the shipment and receipt of logistics items essential for testing operations.
  • Participating in Joint Reliability & Maintainability Evaluation Team meetings and Test Data Scoring Board discussions.
  • Assisting in the formulation and implementation of testing procedures.

Utilizing knowledge of standard testing equipment to effectively assess and provide recommendations regarding support equipment requirements for testing activities.

Applying familiarity with relevant DoD regulations, USAF guidelines, and AFTC testing methodologies to deliver insightful recommendations to testing teams concerning logistics challenges.

Supporting the management of the unit's programs for tracking squadron equipment, vehicles, composite tool kits, and the shipping and receiving of supplies.

Maintaining comprehensive records for equipment, inspections, inventories, and stock levels.

Qualifications

Applicants must possess a Master's degree in a relevant field along with over ten (10) years of professional experience. Alternatively, twelve (12) years of pertinent technical experience may substitute for educational requirements.

Experience with munitions scheduling, receiving, and shipping protocols is essential, as well as familiarity with flight line driving procedures.

Preferred Skills

Experience in munitions handling and accountability, including knowledge of Theater Integrated Combat Munitions System (TICMS), Global Ammunition Control Point (GACP), and Agile Munitions Support Tool (AMST) is highly desirable.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time role requiring 40 hours per week, with a flexible work schedule available Monday through Friday during core business hours.

Additional Requirements

Candidates must be U.S. citizens and successfully complete a government background investigation. The ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret clearance is mandatory.
