Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and perform the accurate and timely completion of MDS's, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facility practices.
  • Collect and verify MDS documents within established time frames, making corrections as needed.
  • File MDS documents in residents' charts, maintaining confidentiality of all patient care information.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless data collection and reporting.
Requirements
  • Current RN License
  • Experience as a MDS Coordinator in a skilled nursing facility utilizing 3.0
