We are seeking an experienced insurance professional to join our team as an independent insurance agent and agency manager for the Iserlohn region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a Gothaer agency as an independent commercial agent according to § 84 HGB
  • Care for a customer base, continuously expand it, and inspire new customers for yourself and Gothaer
  • Be the contact person for all supply and insurance questions, using digital tools for software-based, comprehensive advice for your private and corporate customers
  • Build your own agency team and support employees and independent customer advisors on their career path
Requirements
  • Completed training as an insurance and finance clerk or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in digital tools and software
