Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Career Development Coordinator to administer TABE tests and determine student performance achievement levels. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to excellence in the eight Career Success Standards and model appropriate CSS and employability skills. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications
This position requires an associate or bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field. One year of work-related experience is also preferred. Additionally, a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is desired. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of test administration and evaluation, as well as instructional techniques. They must be able to interact effectively with team members and maintain an effective working relationship with all facility staff and departments.
