Board Certified Behavioral Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to join our team at the Dallas Independent School District. As a Behavioral Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting students with special needs by developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans to support student success.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to implement behavior intervention plans and monitor student progress.
- Design and implement data collection methods to track student progress and inform instruction.
- Provide training and coaching to teachers and staff on positive behavior interventions and supports.
- Consult with parents and guardians to develop and implement behavior intervention plans in home settings.
- Participate in ARD meetings and provide coaching to campus administrators on behavior-related issues.
- Stay current with trends in evidence-based interventions and special education laws to ensure high-quality support for students.
- Master's degree in applied behavior sciences, psychology, education, or a related field.
- Valid licensure as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
- Experience working with children and youth in a special education setting, preferably in an urban school setting.
- Strong understanding of applied behavior sciences and evidence-based interventions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with parents, teachers, and administrators.
