About the Role: As a key member of our leadership team, the Nurse Director of Perioperative Services will be responsible for providing comprehensive oversight of the entire service line, including Operating Room, Recovery, Sterile Processing, Pre-Op, and Outpatient Surgery units. This role requires strong leadership skills to lead a dedicated team of Nurse Managers, Registered Nurses, Surgical Technicians, and other support staff.
Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead long-term strategic growth for the service line
- Implement process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive service line performance
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
