Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dining Attendant to join our team at Masonic Villages. As a Dining Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and prepare menu items in an appealing and sanitary manner.
  • Fills salad bar with ice and replenishes salad bar and deli station food items.
  • Serves meals to customers, practicing portion control.
  • Pour and serve beverages for residents.
  • Perform cleaning tasks in the dining room and server prep area.
  • Assists with end-of-shift duties, including breaking down salad bar, deli station, grill station, and steam table, storage of food, documentation, and disposal of leftovers.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not necessary.
  • Willing and able to receive on-the-job training.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong written, oral, and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • At least 16 years of age.
