We are seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our team in the outpatient pharmacy setting. As an outpatient pharmacist, you will be responsible for dispensing prescriptions, monitoring patient drug therapy, and providing excellent customer service.
About the Role:- Dispense prescriptions and monitor patient medication therapies in accordance with all applicable regulations and standards.
- Provide counseling to patients and families, and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Communicate with third-party payers to determine eligibility and obtain prior authorization.
- Assist with purchasing activities and maintain adequate inventory levels.
- Inspect medication areas for outdated medications, proper storage, and availability of reference materials.

Qualifications:- Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
