Job Summary:
- Engage in the oversight of costs and timelines on contracts necessitating a validated cost schedule control system.
- Conduct analyses and generate reports to ensure compliance with negotiated and governmental cost control standards.
- Assist in the formulation of budgets and schedules for all contractual work while performing financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales forecasts, and variance assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of expenditures to ensure sufficient funding availability, prepare expenditure projections, and submit timely requests for additional funding to the government.
- Integrate contractual modifications into control systems by monitoring outstanding work against each contract to uphold realistic cost and schedule baselines.
- Provide support for budget development, Estimate at Completion (EAC) tracking, and assist program management.
- Contribute to proposal development.

Desired Experience:
- Familiarity with Deltek Tool Suite for Cost Account Management.

Education:
- A Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS/BBA) in business, finance, or engineering is required.

Essential Skills:
- Experience in project scheduling and/or project cost management
- Proficiency in Earned Value Management
- Previous experience in Cost Account Management (CAM)
- Strong skills in Excel Pivot Tables
- Experience in developing TINA Compliant Proposals

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Earned Value Management / Cost Account Management
- Familiarity with Tableau
- Experience with Aeronautics Proposal Tool Suite (APTS)
