About the Role:

  • Provide long-term comprehensive care for patients 18 years and older, diagnosing and treating a variety of diseases and injuries in general practice.
  • Evaluate and treat patients with appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills, coordinating discharge planning with the Case Manager for admitted patients.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Board Certification in Internal Medicine within 3 years of residency training.
  • Active Maryland Physician license.
  • Active CDS, DEA, and CPR.

We are a large FQHC organization offering a variety of comprehensive primary and behavioral health services through five community health centers and eight school-based health centers.
