At CorTrust Bank, we are seeking a highly skilled Fiduciary Administrator to join our Wealth Management team.

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

We are looking for an individual who can effectively administer trust accounts, including account setup and maintenance. The successful candidate will prepare and review trust documentation, reports, and correspondence for accuracy and compliance.

This role requires the ability to provide exceptional customer service while responding to calls, emails, and in-person inquiries for prospective and existing principals, beneficiaries, and other related parties.

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of education and experience to be able to perform the primary duties of this position with little supervision, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer trust accounts, including account setup and maintenance
  • Prepare and review trust documentation, reports, and correspondence for accuracy and compliance
  • Provide back-up and cross-team support for all functions within the Wealth Management division
  • Collaborate with internal and external contacts to ensure all trust account activity is processed accurately and timely
  • Review and interpret governing instruments and documents to determine terms, responsibilities, and duties of the corporate trustee
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of trust laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

A background in finance or a related field is preferred, but not required.
