Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough due diligence on potential growth opportunities.
  • Develop intricate financial analyses using Microsoft Excel and ARGUS to assess both prospective and current investments.
  • Analyze company financial performance, perform attribution analysis, and create detailed financial models.
  • Prepare research materials for investment committee presentations.
  • Coordinate transaction execution and deal closure processes with senior management.
  • Draft investor communications, including financial forecasts and reporting.
  • Support acquisition recommendations through rigorous statistical analysis.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Marketing teams.
  • Oversee back-testing of investment analytical frameworks and cash-flow projections.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Private Markets, Asset Management, or Research, with a focus on Private Equity, Real Estate, or Banking.
  • Strong academic background.
  • Experience in Corporate Development, M&A, Transaction Advisory, or Asset Management.
  • Advanced technical skills with a strong foundation in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Proficiency in ARGUS modeling is essential.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
