The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team as a Travel LPN. This opportunity allows an LPN to travel locally by working in various GSS locations within a 150-mile radius from home address providing care with competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, flexibility, and no contract requirement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate knowledge of nursing principles for the resident in the relevant clinical setting.
  • Ensure the health, comfort and safety of residents.
  • Provide technical support to healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Document resident interactions as needed and the outcomes related to resident care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary.

Estimated Salary: $32-$48 per hour based on location and experience.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred. Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
