Travel CT Technologist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Richmond, Virginia. As a Computed Tomography Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography equipment and ensuring accurate images for medical interpretation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confirm patient identification and review imaging requests
  • Position patients correctly for scanning and use computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
  • Administer radiocontrast agents and evaluate CT scans for technical quality
  • Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to safety procedures when working with radiation

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist
  • ARRT (CT) National Certification with registration in computed tomography and state-specific licensing when required
