As a Management Trainee, you will be based out of one of our neighborhood branches and will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. Our structured program will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.



In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure your success. You will also have the opportunity to establish relationships essential to building your own business and learn what it means to always put our customers first.

Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, your responsibilities will include:



  • Providing exceptional customer service and sales support
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth

  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners


Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree or be within two semesters of graduating with a Bachelor's degree. You must also have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
