Job Title: Event Security Operations Planning and Preparedness Services Manager

At Allied Universal Event Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Security Operations Planning and Preparedness Services Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the security operations for Tier 1 and Tier 2 onsite events at an assigned client location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive event security plans, including risk assessments and operational readiness.
  • Collaborate with Event Security Leads to design and conduct tabletop exercises and simulations to test security protocols.
  • Provide technical support and training on incident management tools, such as CCTV and communications technology, to client personnel and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor critical risk areas and address and dispatch responses to event alarms.
  • Facilitate Incident Command Communications from Boulder, CO at the ICP in the event of a major incident.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification in ICS 100, 200, 300, 400, 700, and 800.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of corporate event security or crisis management experience.
  • Project/program management experience in the safety/security field.
  • Proven experience in event security management, particularly in high-impact/high-visibility events.
