Senior Real Estate Managing Broker

Are you seeking a pivotal role in the real estate sector where you can cultivate a high-performing team? We are in the process of expanding our real estate brokerage and are in search of a full-time Managing Broker who can elevate our team of real estate professionals into top achievers. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing operational functions, mentoring new agents, and ensuring that our brokerage meets its strategic objectives.
Compensation:
$150,000 at plan
Key Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive training resources for new real estate agents and conduct training sessions to align their performance with our brokerage's standards.
- Enhance our brokerage by recruiting and onboarding new realtors who will contribute positively to our team dynamics.
- Manage all operational facets of the brokerage, including the oversight of the company's MLS listings and supervising all transactions executed by real estate agents.
- Ensure compliance with state and national Fair Housing regulations and all company policies and procedures across the brokerage and among all agents.
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team to devise retention strategies aimed at maintaining our top talent.
- Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities to effectively guide a successful real estate team.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and comprehensive understanding of state and national Fair Housing regulations to ensure brokerage compliance.
- Possession of a managing broker's license is mandatory.
- A minimum of three years of active experience as a licensed real estate agent.
