Job Overview

The Assistant Store Manager in Training plays a crucial role in the success of our stores by assisting in the management of daily operations, leading the sales team, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of retail management experience or 6 months with Windsor Fashions at store-level

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Physical/Environmental Demands
