We are currently in search of a seasoned Tax Manager/Sr. Manager who is eager to engage in high-caliber work within a less stressful setting while continuously enhancing their professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review a variety of tax returns, including those for businesses, individuals, and trusts/estates.
  • Provide expert consulting services, tax planning, and compliance support to clients.
  • Conduct research and offer guidance on intricate tax matters.
  • Oversee multiple client engagements effectively.
  • Mentor and coach junior staff members.
  • Assist in the ongoing development and refinement of tax-related processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • CPA certification is required.
  • 7 to 10 years of tax experience within an accounting firm.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Experience with individual and business tax returns, along with a solid understanding of accounting principles and trial balance entries.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, time management, and decision-making skills.
  • A collaborative spirit and enjoyment in working with team members.
  • Familiarity with Ultra Tax and Lacerte is advantageous.
  • Excellent time management capabilities.
  • Experience in compilation and review is a plus.
