About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Med-Surg Tele Registered Nurse to join our team at Dignity Health. As a Tele RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to those requiring medical and surgical interventions.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' health status and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, and provide patient education
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
  • Provide compassionate care to patients and their families, utilizing strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
Qualifications
  • Associate degree of Nursing or foreign equivalent
  • 9 months RN experience
  • Valid compact state or Arizona RN license
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider
  • Demonstrates competency in basic EKG skills by passing EKG test or successfully completing basic EKG class/modules within six months of position
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree of Nursing or foreign equivalent
  • One year of pediatric RN experience
  • American Heart Association Advanced Pediatric Life Support
