Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with various medical conditions, including CHF, COVID, respiratory, GI, and diabetic patients.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in shift report and handovers to ensure seamless patient care.
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
- 2 years of recent experience in med surg/tele nursing.
- 1 year of experience in PCU nursing.
- ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Work in a 49-bed med surg/tele/PCU float pool unit.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient care.
- Participate in self-scheduling and have the opportunity to work a variety of shifts.
