Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at Bob Evans. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our dishroom area, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation, and supporting our culinary team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities- Maintain a clean and organized dishroom area, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment are washed, dried, and stored properly.
- Remove cardboard and grease from the dishroom area and maintain the cleanliness of the parking lot.
- Participate in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including the foyer, front porch, and sidewalk.
- Empty trash from designated areas throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure 100% guest satisfaction regarding dining room cleanliness.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of pace and intensity.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
