Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pedometrics Analyst to join our team. This role will involve providing scientific and technical expertise in measurement research and result interpretation under the guidance of senior staff.

This position requires a strong background in statistical analysis, psychometrics, and data interpretation, as well as excellent communication skills to represent our organization's position on technical issues.

Responsibilities
  • Perform and monitor statistical analyses required for data reporting and interpretation of results.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and conducting statistical work for assigned areas.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and data files related to research analyses.
  • Represent our organization's position on technical issues to clients, external boards, and panels.
Requirements
  • Ph.D. in Educational Measurement, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience.
Competencies
  • Technical expertise - job-related specialized knowledge and proficient use of technology-based tools.
  • Accountability - takes personal responsibility for quality and timeliness of work, achieving results with minimal oversight.
Benefits

Cognia offers competitive compensation, including a salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience, plus comprehensive insurance plans and a 12.5% retirement savings contribution effective immediately upon hire.
