About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate PHP/IOP Therapist to join our team at Fort Lauderdale Behavioral Health Center. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with individuals to help them overcome psychological and emotional challenges, as well as substance abuse issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform group, individual, and family therapy sessions
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs
  • Recognize crisis situations and provide interventions
  • Collaborate with peers, administrators, physicians, and allied staff to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications
  • Master's degree from an accredited school in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
  • LMHC or LCSW licensure in Florida required
  • One year of experience working in a behavioral health center or psychiatric counseling setting with adults and/or children
