Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical assistance for the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Conducting scheduled maintenance checks and calibrations, and submitting necessary reports promptly.
  • Collaborating with supervisors to adapt to technological advancements and budgetary changes.
  • Managing spare parts inventory effectively.
  • Assisting in inspections and installations of pumps.
  • Working with the Pipeline Integrity team to explore new technologies for rotating equipment.

  • Executing electrical repairs across a range of voltages.
  • Troubleshooting motor control circuits.

  • Fostering teamwork within the area of responsibility.
  • Overseeing and training contract personnel.
  • Engaging in Safety Action Plans.
  • Completing necessary safety and regulatory training.
  • Identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Interpreting pump performance curves.
  • Understanding process and instrumentation diagrams.
  • Assisting with minor programming of PLCs.
Required Qualifications:
  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to relocate within a reasonable commuting distance.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the oil and gas sector.
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Electrical Maintenance, Instrumentation, or Industrial Electronics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
  • 3 or more years of relevant industry experience or military background.
  • Experience with electrical systems, schematics, and various instrumentation technologies.
