About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled Shift Supervisor to join our team at Wendy's. As a Shift Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a team of crew members and ensuring that our customers receive excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence in everything you do.
  • Manage the Team: Supervise and motivate a team of crew members to ensure that they're working efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive a positive experience every time they visit our restaurant.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure that our restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Monitor and manage inventory and supplies to ensure that we have everything we need to operate efficiently.
  • Follow Company Policies and Procedures: Ensure that you and your team are following all company policies and procedures at all times.
