About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an LPN with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities, and to choose from a range of shifts to suit your schedule and preferences.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care as an LPN, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Monitor patients' physical and mental well-being, tracking vital signs and documenting health concerns and medical histories.
  • Administer medications and perform other medical procedures as needed, always following established protocols and guidelines.
  • Contribute to a safe and comfortable environment for patients, working collaboratively with other staff members to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with IV set up, vaccinations, and phlebotomies, and perform other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Current Ohio state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN.
  • Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse LPN educational program.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a related role.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
