Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Registration Associate to join our team at Trinity Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient registration and check-in processes
  • Verify patient insurance and demographic information
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
  • Monitor and order medical supplies
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a healthcare-related field
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds
