About the Role:

As a Director of Health Services, RN, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our residents, while also ensuring compliance with current regulations and standards. You will deliver and manage care through the Aspire Lifestyle Model, honoring residents and enhancing their quality of life. Your expertise will be invaluable in engaging residents using the Aspire 5 pillars of wellness, including Social, Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, and Spiritual.

  • A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $120,000/year, with credit for experience

Requirements:

  • Current Minnesota RN license in good standing
  • Nursing Management experience of 3-5 years
  • Must be 21 years or older
