Director of Health Services Leader

At Vista Prairie Communities, we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Director of Health Services, RN to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of our residents, while promoting a culture of excellence and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the healthcare services team to deliver high-quality care and services to our residents.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of healthcare services and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Current Minnesota RN license in good standing.
- Nursing management experience of 3-5 years.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $120,000 per year, with credit for experience.
