We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Talk Therapist to join our team at Thriveworks, a clinician-founded national private practice group. As a Behavioral Health Generalist, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to clients while growing professionally and personally.

Job Summary

This role offers a challenging and rewarding experience for licensed therapists who share our passion for providing evidence-based treatment and promoting holistic well-being. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement tailored treatment plans, ensuring optimal outcomes for our diverse client base.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling).
  • Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.).
  • Strong clinical skills and experience working with diverse populations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of up to $125,400 per year, based on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. Additional benefits include:
