The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in leading large-scale software development projects. They will be responsible for managing day-to-day individual and team dynamics, work prioritization, fiscal stewardship, and all aspects of a project life cycle.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and coach team members on performance development and project management. They will also have a strong understanding of budget and schedule management, with the ability to ensure the business community is engaged in the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects effectively to meet client requirements
  • Deliver applications that adhere to standards and support initiatives
  • Lead and develop team members to reach full potential
  • Participate in activities for personal growth and development
  • Interact with customers strategically and effectively

Requirements:

  • 6 years of related healthcare or project and team management experience, including 2 years in a supervisory/management capacity

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally
  • Strong interpersonal, partnering, coaching, and mentoring skills
  • Strong budget and schedule management skills and ability to ensure the business community is engaged in the project
