Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the legal defense of workers' compensation claims from inception to final resolution
  • Conduct research and analysis to support the defense of claims
  • Develop and implement strategies for defending claims
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to achieve case goals
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in California workers' compensation law and regulations


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of workers' compensation experience
  • California bar admission
  • Superior writing, research, and analytical skills
  • Deposition and/or trial experience a plus
