We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Revo Health. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality x-rays and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform and develop quality x-rays on designated portions of the body for physician's use in diagnosing and treating illness or injury
- Inform and prepare patients for procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date radiology files, including internal and external films
- Prepare, clean, and stock work areas with necessary supplies, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal performance
- Maintain necessary precautions for excessive exposure to radiation, prioritizing patient and staff safety
- May supply patients with requested x-rays, providing excellent customer service and communication
- Assist provider teams in obtaining imaging from other medical facilities for clinics and surgeries as needed
- Graduate of an ARRT-approved Radiologic Technology Program
- ARRT Certification in radiology required within 60 days of employment
- Previous radiology experience preferred, but not required
