Release Train Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Release Train Engineer to join our team at Apex Systems. As a key member of our Property & Casualty group, you will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement and ensuring rapid and timely delivery of business value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive continuous improvement across multiple technical and/or non-technical teams to ensure rapid and timely delivery of business value.
  • Mentor and coach teams, program teams, and other Scrum Masters in Agile practices and mindset.
  • Remove impediments to team or Release Train's progress, whether internal or organizational.
  • Support product owners and managers in refining and managing the product backlog and decision-making processes.
  • Ensure effective communication within and across teams and programs.
  • Perform risk, issue, and dependency management for the teams and/or program.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of Release Train Engineer experience.
  • Prior experience in Property & Casualty.
  • Certifications: Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer, Certified SAFe Program Consultant, or Certified SAFe Advanced Scrum Master.
  • Offshore Team Experience: Strong preference for candidates with prior experience working with offshore teams.
