Job Summary

This position is an excellent opportunity to join Atrium Health as a Licensed Practical Nurse in our Levine Children's Cabarrus Pediatrics Concord location. As a member of our care team, you will provide nursing services in an office setting, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing services in an office setting, including medication administration, vital sign checks, and patient education.
  • Participate in telephone triage, obtaining clinically relevant data and advising patients according to established protocols.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and interactions in the medical record.
  • Assist with laboratory and diagnostic testing, including tracking and logging test results.
  • Collaborate with the care team to improve patient outcomes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall patient experience.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in NC or SC.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
  • Previous medical office experience preferred.
  • BLS certification required.
