Position Overview
As an Automotive Wheel Alignment Specialist, you will handle all facets of alignment services and repairs for a variety of automotive vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting and selling complete vehicle alignment services for cars and light trucks.
- Providing additional vehicle services, including brake repairs, suspension work, axle services, and oil changes.
- Balancing wheel assemblies effectively.
- Performing various tire services and repairs.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of service equipment and work areas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
- Familiarity with alignment and wheel balancing equipment for cars and light trucks.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check, including employment history and criminal record.
Preferred Experience
- 3+ years of relevant automotive service experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Good driving record.
- Experience with Hunter Combo Fundamental/Intermediate Alignment Level I and II, as well as Advanced Driver Assist Systems, is a plus.

Compensation:
