Position: Automotive Service Consultant

Compensation: Annual earnings ranging from $40,000 to $90,000 (dependent on experience, expertise, dealership franchise, and service volume)

Work Schedule: Full Time

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Manage customer appointment scheduling
  • Welcome customers warmly and ensure their comfort
  • Facilitate communication between service technicians and clients, ensuring accurate information exchange
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requirements promptly and professionally
  • Provide recommendations on essential and suggested services along with associated costs
  • Track the status of each vehicle throughout the day and keep customers informed regularly
