Job Title: Chemotherapy Infusion Care Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Chemotherapy Infusion Care Coordinator to join our team at CodeForce. As a critical member of our healthcare team, you will coordinate patient care and ensure seamless delivery of chemotherapy treatments.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate patient scheduling, chart review, and treatment preparation.
  • Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and care coordination.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on treatment options, side effects, and disease management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.

Requirements:

  • R.N. degree from an accredited nursing program.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a chemotherapy infusion setting, preferably in a coordinator or leadership role.
  • ONS Chemotherapy Certification preferred.
  • CPR certification required.
