Key Responsibilities:

  • Document participant progress and outcomes in medical records

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or a related field from an accredited program
  • Completed Dietetic Internship and passed the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) exam
  • Current Michigan Registered Dietitian (RD) status or eligibility to sit for the CDR exam
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
  • Minimum one year of experience working with older adults or in a healthcare setting
  • Preferred qualifications include Master's degree, Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) status, and experience in a PACE program
