Job Summary

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Plastic Fabricator to join our team. As a Plastic Fabricator, you will be responsible for fabricating plastic assemblies according to print specifications, including fabricating standard parts, custom parts, building complete products, and inspecting the work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fabricate plastic piece parts, turntables, cabinets, and fusion assemblies, and perform solvent welding and other tasks as assigned.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics to determine fabrication requirements.
  • Select and prepare plastic materials for welding, ensuring they are clean and free from defects.
  • Operate hand and power tools, such as grinders and cutters, to shape and trim plastic components as required.
  • Inspect components to ensure they meet quality standards and make any necessary adjustments.
  • Perform secondary machining operations as required.
