Clinical Operations Manager

Responsibilities of a Resident Services Director
As a Resident Services Director, you will play a vital role in our assisted living community. Alongside our managing director, you will be responsible for the overall well-being of our residents and will act as the managerial representative in the director's absence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing staff and managing schedules
- Requisitioning supplies and ensuring accurate medical record maintenance
- Completing reporting requirements and implementing policies and procedures
- Supervising caregivers, medication technicians, and nursing staff to ensure residents receive excellent care
- Assisting with budget management and marketing initiatives
Throughout your day, you will have the opportunity to connect with residents and their families. You will address any concerns promptly and maintain communication with families and physicians as needed. You will also collaborate with the managing director to interview prospective residents and coordinate their transitions.
Qualifications for a Resident Services Director
- Current RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Certification in CPR and first aid
- Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in geriatric care

Work Schedule
This full-time position for an RN or LPN operates Monday through Friday, with some on-call responsibilities.
