Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to become part of our dynamic legal team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all elements of litigation, including case strategy, drafting legal documents, conducting depositions, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court.
  • Provide expert legal counsel and guidance to clients regarding personal injury or workers compensation issues.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their legal needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to effectively manage case workloads.
  • Conduct thorough and diligent legal research to support claims and defenses.
  • Represent the firm professionally, maintaining our reputation for excellence and integrity in all interactions.
  • Stay informed on current laws, rulings, and regulations in personal injury and workers compensation law.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
  • Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.
  • A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, focusing on personal injury or workers compensation law.
  • Demonstrated success in litigation, including trial experience.
  • Exceptional legal research and writing capabilities.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to uphold the law.
  • Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
