  • Designing tools and fixtures
  • Collaborating with suppliers on applications
  • Leading capital project teams from the start to the finish of the project
  • Justifying costs for new machinery
  • Conducting time studies on existing operations to document current practices and suggest enhancements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong foundation in metalworking, with a preference for machining
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, at all organizational levels
  • Skilled in reading and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Familiarity with CNC machining and related processes
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
