Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
  • Analyze operational data to optimize equipment and workspace effectiveness, applying lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and recommend methods for worker effectiveness, safety, and quality, minimizing costs through job duty restructuring and workflow optimization.
  • Facilitate manufacturability in new product development, collaborating with design teams to define production processes and estimate costs.
  • Provide equipment design specifications, solicit quotes, and recommend equipment purchases for process enhancement.
  • Assess capital equipment investment options, provide purchase recommendations, and oversee project completion.
  • Lead efforts to assure timely and accurate completion of job skill knowledge (JSK) evaluations for hourly personnel.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology, Industrial Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent technical, scientific, or engineering degree.
  • 3+ years of related experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Solidworks, AutoCAD 2D, MS Office, and MS Project.
  • Experience with sheet metal fabrication and assembly using state-of-the-art manufacturing processes.
