About the Role

This is a part-time position that is a valued member of a high-performing team. As a Retail Stocking Associate, you will be empowered and equipped to do your job, knowing why your work matters and taking pride in what you do.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a great experience for our customers by ensuring that products are available and easily accessible.
  • Receive, inspect, and stock product in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, adhering to attendance policy.
  • Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
  • Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
  • Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with our Injury and Illness Prevention Program.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of $15.75, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
  • Eligibility for medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability.
  • Participation in our company's 401(k) plan.
  • Accrual of paid time off up to 152 hours per year, inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays.
  • Eligibility for paid sick time up to 64 hours per year, unless otherwise required by law.
