Job Summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment and Care Planning
    • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and social needs.
    • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Medication Administration and Management
    • Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
    • Manage medication regimens to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Accurately document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
    • Prepare and submit reports to physicians and other healthcare professionals as required.
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure
    • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state in which you practice.
    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Experience and Skills
    • At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting.
    • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
