Cardiology Nurse Practitioner Position

We are seeking a skilled Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the advancement of our cardiology services.
About the Role- Provide comprehensive care to patients with cardiovascular conditions, including diagnosis, treatment, and management.
- Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results to inform treatment decisions.
- Develop and implement education programs to promote patient understanding and self-management of cardiovascular conditions.
