Pool and Beach Attendant

As a Pool and Beach Busser at Marriott International Inc, you will provide exceptional service to our guests by ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the pool and beach areas. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Clean and maintain the pool and beach areas, including tables, chairs, and other equipment.
- Restock supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior experience necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
